The expiration date is printed on the flap on our yellow carton and near the crimp end of the yellow tube. Sometimes, the expiration can be difficult to read. If you still have trouble reading it, please contact us. We can provide assistance

If you found some anchovy paste on the inside of the carton or on the outside of the tube, no, it is not leaking. Occasionally, our crimper which crimps the end of our tubes can get some paste on it. Which it transfers to the outside of the crimp as tubes pass through it. However, the tube is sealed and fine for consumption. If you have further concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.

The three pack of anchovy paste came perfectly packaged and without incident. It's a perfect paste for the creamy Caesar dressing I make. It's not to strong and full flavored to hit the culinary notes I need in my dressing. I received all three ordered and packaged as a set with a sticker indicating :Do not separate, sold as a set." No problems or leaking as others have indicated.

This paste makes the best Caesar salad. I only use 2 tsp for each salad so the paste will last a good while! Adds a nice flavor to the dressing.
